Learn what it will take to incorporate your vision for the benefit of the community. Attorney David Morales will take you through the steps of setting up a non-profit corporation. You will learn about the various filings and fees associated with incorporation and gain a greater understanding of the roles and relationships between the Secretary of State, the Internal Revenue Services, and the Attorney General’s office.
